Warranty Information

Fox & Summit provides 1 Year limited warranty on all new products from the date of purchase. During this period, the products may be returned for repair or replaced. A full refund may be requested through the first 30 days from the date of purchase when the products are returned and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Fox & Summit products goes through thorough Quality Assurance and Control process to be free from workmanship or product defects. If you feel that your Fox & Summit product is defective or faulty please contact support@foxandsummit.com.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Fox & Summit will choose the best shipping carrier for all replacements.
  • For all RMA returns, you must provide a physical shipping address. P.O. Box addresses are NOT accepted.
  • Fox & Summit's sole liability and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s), shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.
  • Refunds only apply to products purchased directly from Fox & Summit.
  • Fox & Summit is not liable under any circumstances for any damages, direct or indirect, while installing Fox & Summit products.
  • Refunds only apply to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase.
  • For returns and warranty claims outside the warranty period, the party returning a faulty product must pay all applicable shipping and insurance cost to ship the product to Fox & Summit.
  • Fox & Summit covers shipping charges back to the customer only.
  • Fox & Summit alone determines if the product needs to be repaired, replaced, or if a credit/refund is issued.
  • Returns will be rejected unless they are clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number supplied by our Fox & Summit Support Team.
  • Fox & Summit reserves the right to replace any faulty products if there is any evidence of the following:

    • Removal of any tamper seal
    • Unauthorized modifications
    • Evidence of product misuse or abuse
  • Allow 5-10 days for the product to arrive at Fox & Summit facilities.  Once the product is received, please allow 5 days for Fox & Summit to process the claim.

IMPORTANT: Fox & Summit is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages while in transit to us. We suggest using a trackable method of delivery.

Return Policy

Product warranty covers 1 year from date of purchase. Refer to warranty information for details.

Before considering returning the product, you must contact to Fox & Summit Support Team to verify any issue you encountered and receive an RMA number and instructions for how to start the returns process.

Please provide the following details:

  • Contact Information
  • Proof of purchase
  • Fox & Summit Part Number, it starts with “FS-“
  • Fox & Summit QR-Code/UID of product
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • RMA# if already provided

Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested through the first 30 days from the date of purchase when the products are returned and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Policy

Depending on the situation, you might be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
