We discovered that push notifications from the FS Home App in iOS are currently NOT going through. It is not just you that’s experiencing this issue. It is ONLY affecting iOS. Android push notifications are working as normal.
We know this is unacceptable, and we’re working to resolve it as quickly as we can. However, note that your sensors and other devices ARE still working! Rules work, controls work, schedules work, and also the events are still logged (so you can still check when that door was opened). It’s just the push notifications aren’t going through right now. We’ll keep you updated here, so stay tuned! We hope this is a VERY short hiccup.
Due to some unforeseen complications with iOS 13, push notifications weren’t functioning on iOS devices (i.e., iPads, iPhones, etc.) that were upgraded to iOS 13 (iOS 12 was unaffected). Again, we’re REALLY sorry about that, and that’s not the level of service our customers deserve. However, we’re happy to report that we’ve fixed the issue, and push notifications are now 100% fully functional on iOS again (Android push notifications never went down).
If you’re still not getting push notifications, sign out and sign back into the FS Home App.
